This species has also a tetrangular stem like Hypericum
tetrapterum Fr. sometimes even narrowly winged like in the
first photo below but the sepals are ovate-elliptic and obtuse,
clearly different from the ones in Hypericum perforatum L.
and Hypericum tetrapterum Fr. which are
acute-lanceolate (see also below).
